This position is responsible for providing dental servicesincluding examination,

diagnosis, treatment planning, and care of conditions withinthe human oral cavity and

its adjacent tissues and structures, including emergency,surgical, preventive and

restorative dental care to clients of the Florida Departmentof Health in Duval County. Performsdiagnostic, preventive, restorative, and surgical procedures within the scope

of the dental practice act. Develops treatment plans andmaintains treatment records in

accordancewith the dental practice act.
