 Job Location : 9150 Curry Ford Rd. Orlando Florida, 32825(Work from Office and Remote allowed) 

Hours :8 am to 5 pm on Monday, Wednesday and Friday CLP Lunch period -: 12 pm to 1 pm

Required Skills-:

Minimum of 10 years of experience as a PSM

Experience with utility water, wastewater and reclaimed water infrastructure

Experience reading and using construction plan drawings, legal descriptions and interpretation of aerial photographs.

Experience with GPS and Trimble GPS units

Preferences-:

Knowledge of GPS hardware and software

Knowledge of AutoCad software and drawing in .dxf or .dwg formats

Knowledge of the Utilities water, wastewater and reclaimed water infrastructure assets

Previous experience working with the County's Real Estate Management Division

General Duties-:

24 hours per week only .

Communicates project status to Utilities Engineering staff. (To Annie, Shawnette and Alex)

Reviews boundary / topographic surveys for County property to meet the following requirements:

Survey Standards of Practice and the Minimum Technical Standards.

Meets 2016 ALTA/ACSM Standards.

Meets Orange County Real Estate Management requirements.

Reviews survey control and baselines.

Performs quality control of horizontal and vertical coordinates for property corners.

Plot legal descriptions using Professional surveying expertise, mathematics and available software.

Research, track and report of recorded plats.

Update of county databases.

Review, comment, or approval memo of Lift Station Surveys and Sketch of Descriptions,

Processing, review, and documenting of proposed annexations.

Processing, review, and documenting of Petitions to Vacate requests.

Support to review surplus items related to surveying.

Performs other related duties as assigned.
