Job Description:

• Knowledge of correct grammar usage.

• Knowledge of basic arithmetic.

• Ability to organize files, records and/or other materials.

• Ability to sort data alphabetically, numerically and categorically.


Desired skills:

• One year of secretarial or clerical work experience.

• Vocational/technical training in the area of secretarial science or office/business studies can substitute at 

        the rate of 720 classroom hours for the required work experience.

• A high school diploma or its equivalent can substitute for the required work experience.


Duties/Responsibilities:

Modal Development Office has had several organizational structures over the years which has resulted in electronic files becoming scattered and in need of organization. The requested OPS position will be responsible for organizing and consolidating electronic files currently saved on MDO’s shared network folder.  Organization will include development of a consistent file structure that can be easily navigated by MDO staff thereby increasing efficiency and productivity in our office.  The position will work collaboratively with the Modal Development Administrator and Modal Managers to identify the location of files for each program area and develop a consistent filing structure that will be implemented across program areas. Anticipated start date: Monday, January 30, 2023 Anticipated end date: Friday, June 30, 2023.
