Executive Secretary & Administrative Assistant / Interviewing Clerk


Helps the Department of Child and Families clients who can not make it to the storefront in Jacksonville and Daytona.


Part-Time: 21.5 hrs per week.



Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Effectively assesses customers' needs.
  • Properly refers customers to community agencies.
  • Accurately escalates customers' complaints and inquiries on time.
  • Documents customers' records timely and following departmental procedures.
  • Assists customers with the completion of online or paper applications.
  • Assists customers with My ACCESS Accounts.
  • Communicates effectively with internal and external customers following departmental procedures.
  • Properly maintains customer logs.
  • Explains eligibility requirements, form completion requirements, community resources for financial assistance, and program benefits.

Time Availability: M - F / 8 am - 5 pm
