Medical Training Technician - Quality Assurance and Accreditation

Training Technicians with the Advisory and Program Management Support at the Medical Education and Training Campus (METC), Joint Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston, TX.
- Shall have an associate degree in education or a related field with three years of instructional experience
- Shall have experience in direct delivery of instructions. Experience in a military academic training environment. Able to clearly communicate, present materials confidently, and articulate as needed.
- Shall have the education and experience to facilitate learning the Qualtrics survey system.
- Shall be capable of providing comprehensive support to the Quality Assurance and Accreditation Branches within SED.
- Training Technicians shall send survey data to the SED Program Director, Department Chief, and COR. In addition, the Government may task the Training Technician to communicate any issues discovered to additional individuals (as required and deemed appropriate by METC SED Division Managers and COR).
- Training Technicians must learn functional areas and responsibilities monthly to brief at METC orientations. Training Technicians should be able to explain their role accurately and efficiently within METC, DHA, and each military service. Brief on the extended function of creating surveys upon request for programs and survey ability to improve training to incoming staff.
- Assist in conducting Quality Assurance Reviews (QAR). Training Technicians coordinate and conduct briefings with scheduled programs, providing data for return and review, arranging appointments for interviews, and finalizing the executive summary as needed. In addition, training Technicians shall review relevant survey data results before conducting QARs and program checklists to complete the QAR process.
- Training Technicians shall resolve all substantiated customer complaints within five business days after notice of the complaint.
