Our company seeks a qualified full time phlebotomist:
Place of Performance
Services will be performed in the Health Services Department of FDC SeaTac, 2425 S 200th St, SeaTac, WA 98198.
Schedule
A session is defined as one (1) hour. The phlebotomist will normally provide 40 hours per week as follows: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week, excluding Federal Holidays. Work hours will normally be between 5:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. with a 30-rninute unpaid lunch break. These hours may be adjusted to meet the needs of the institution. The employee shall not normally exceed 40 hours per week, but may include overtime as required at time and half pay.

•The base hourly wage range for this position is from 22.00 - 25.00

Education and Experience
The selected Phlebotomist must have successfully completed a phlebotomy program through a post-secondary school or college accredited by a regional or national accrediting organization recognized by the U.S. Department of Education phlebotomy training program as attested by the phlebotomy training program's Washington State licensed supervising healthcare practitioner as defined under RCW 18.360.010(3), or military training or experience that satisfies the WA State Department of Licensing training or experience requirements. The Phlebotomist must also hold a current, active, full, and unrestricted license or registration as a Medical Assistant-Phlebotomist from the State of Washington.
The applicant must have at least 6 months of applicable experience as evidenced on their resume, two (2) letters of reference, and a current CPR certification. Experience working in a correctional environment is preferred, but not required. The applicant must possess knowledge of methods, techniques, and procedures to perform job activities on various types of medical equipment and automated systems. The applicant must also possess knowledge of safety principles and infection control in the patient care environment.
