Hours :18-19 hours per month at each campus, for a total of

approximately 37 hours per month.

Job Description(s)

Dietitian –

Knowledge of the principles and practices of dietetics and nutrition, and of food service systems

management.

Ability to complete nutritional assessments; create nutrition and diet plans based on the assessed health

needs of the consumers as directed by doctors.

Proceed with securing a temporary Registered Dietitian to fulfill the needs of our Poplar Bluff and

Sikeston campuses.

The current need is projected to be around 18-19 hours per month at each campus, for a total of

approximately 37 hours per month.
