Pay rate: $65.00 hr/1099

Shifts: 6:00am-6:30pm and 6:00pm-6:30am

Job Description for Registered Nurse House Supervisor

• A Montana State Hospital RN House Supervisor provides oversight for nursing staff and patient care activities within a designated area or shift, ensuring safe and appropriate care delivery.
• They act as a resource for policies and procedures, facilitate communication between departments and staff, and respond to urgent situations.
• Essentially, they manage the day-to-day operations of the nursing unit, ensuring a smooth workflow and high standards of care.
• Managing staffing, scheduling, and providing feedback on staff performance.
• Overseeing nursing staff, coordinating patient care activities, and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in Montana.
• Experience in direct patient care, ideally with some charge nurse experience.
• BSN preferred.
• BLS certification.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Driver's License and personal vehicle.
