NEEDED: Dental Hygienist

LOCATION: St. Route 716, Ashland, KY 41105

SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday, between 6:30 AM and 3:00 PM

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have evidence of licensure and experience as a Registered Dental Hygienist.
• Must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience providing Dental Hygienist services.

JOB DUTIES:

• Will generally work under the supervision of the staff Dentist; however, may be required to work under the supervision of the Clinical Director or a BOP mid-level practitioner.
• Will be responsible for personal health care needs and costs associated with exposure, or possible exposure to any blood borne pathogen or other risk encountered during performance of this contract.
• Provide the following Dental Hygienist services, which include, but are not limited to, the items listed below.
  • Provide dental prophylaxis on AIC(s) who are referred by the dental staff.
  • Provide thorough individualized oral hygiene instructions to each patient.
