We are currently seeking Urologists in Fargo, ND.

Pay: $220.00 per hour.

Sign-on: $30,000.

Place of Performance: VA Medical Center Fargo: 2101 Elm St. North Fargo, ND 58102.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 30 hours per week normally between the hours 7:30 am-4:00 pm with a 30-minute, unpaid lunch break; must be flexible with schedule.

Duties:

• Provide direct patient care in a urology outpatient clinic (daily consults & procedures; approx. 90% clinical).
• Perform inpatient rounds for urological patients.
• Carry out a wide variety of urologic procedures (robotic certification preferred but not required), including but not limited to:
• Cystoscopies, vasectomies, scrotal, ureter, transurethral prostate/bladder cancer surgery.
• Lymphatic, abdominal, prostatic abscess, prostate, urethra, ureter, epididymis/spermatic cord, bladder, kidney, penis, scrotum, and testes procedures.
• Endoscopy, holmium laser, ESWL, fluoroscopy use.
• Conduct specialty exams (compensation & pension, Agent Orange, etc. for urological conditions).

Qualifications

• Must have a valid, unrestricted license to practice medicine from any US state, territory, of commonwealth.
• Shall be board certified/board eligible by the American Board of Urology.
• Shall possess and maintain BLS and ACLS certifications.
