Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm. On call is required.

Pay: $118.00per hour.

Sign-on bonus: $30,000 with a one-year commitment.

Job description:

• Clinically active in outpatient services, including walk-ins.
• Integrated responsibilities including coverage of medical/surgical consultation, coverage of inpatient services, compensation and pension services, emergency room care, and geriatric services.
• Provides active supervision and teaching for psychiatric residents and other trainees as needed.
• Participates in quality improvement initiatives and outcome data initiatives.
• Providing patient and family health education with a focus on self-management, prevention and wellness based on the patients' goals.
• Provision of Telepsychiatry services as needed.

Qualifications:

• Shall have a current license to practice medicine in any state, territory, or commonwealth of the United States.
• Shall be Board Certified/Board Eligible.
• Shall possess BLS certification.
