Pay rate: $101.81 per hour.

Temp (4 months +).

Location: Westside Dental Center, 120 King Street, Jacksonville, FL  32204.

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, 2-3 days per week.

Computer Software:  EagleSoft Electronic Oral Health Record and HMS (Health Management System).

Dress Code:  Medical Scrubs.

Job Description:

Important requirement

• Must be a fully enrolled Florida Medicaid Provider.
• Credentialed with DentaQuest Dental Insurance.
• Credentialed with Liberty Dental Insurance.

Candidate Responsibilities:

• Providing a full range of general dental services including comprehensive dental exams, preventive services, restorations, removable complete and partial dentures and extractions within the scope of a general dentist.

Experience/Skills Required:

• 1 year experience provide a full range of general dental services

Educational Requirement:

• DDS or DMD degree
• Active Florida Dental License
