Health Campaign Coordination Assistant (Part Time)

Pay rate: $24.84 per hour.

Duration of assignment: Until June 30, 2026

Hours per week: 10 hours (Flexible).

Location: DeKalb Public Health 445 Winn Way Decatur, GA 30030.

REACH is requesting a contractor to provide administrative, technical, and coordination support with activities associated with the development of the Physical Activity Move Your Way campaign. 

The Health Campaign Coordination Assistant plays a vital role in providing administrative, technical, and organizational support for the Physical Activity Move Your Way campaign. This position involves leveraging knowledge of digital systems (e.g., Microsoft Office, JotForm, Google Forms) and administrative skills to facilitate data collection and enhance communication between community members and the REACH team. 

Duties:

  • Create and develop registration forms on a specified workflow system.
  • Collect and maintain participant registration throughout the duration of the campaign.
  • Utilize data visualization tools to organize and present registration data effectively.
  • Attend weekly meetings.
  • Other duties as assigned, related to coordinating and supporting the campaign.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in administrative support, event coordination, or program operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (especially SharePoint, Teams, and Excel).
  • Experience with Jotform, Microsoft Forms, or similar workflow tools.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in Public Health, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Background in health promotion, community outreach, or public health campaigns.
  • Experience with data visualization or reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with event management software.
