Place of performance: The Dental Hygienist Services will be performed on-site Federal Medical Center (FMC) Fort Worth. This is a federal correctional facility. You must pass mandatory background, credit check and drug screening.

Pay: $99,750.

Sign-on bonus: $1,500 sign-on bonus.

Description of duties:

• Provide dental prophylaxis on inmate patients who are referred by the dental staff.
• Provide periodontal scaling and root planning on inmate patients who are referred by the dental staff.
• Provide complete periodontal charting on inmate patients.
• Provide thorough individualized oral hygiene instructions to each patient.
• Monitor oral hygiene and periodontal condition on each patient seen for dental prophylaxis.
• Complete necessary dental x-rays as specified by the Dentist.

Education and experience:

• Candidate is required to be certified/licensed as a Dental Hygienist in the state of Texas.
• Dental radiology certification, anesthesia certification and CPR certification are also required.
