NiteLines USA is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong technical Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) knowledge and business analysis skills, including data validation, testing, requirements traceability, training, and general system support skills.

DOAS Senior Business Analyst (781024)

Pay rate: $85.00 per hour.

Temp (6 months+).

Job location: 200 Piedmont Ave SE, Suite 1804 West Tower, Atlanta, GA 30334.

Hours: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week.

We are implementing a Workday HCM for 70,000 state employees, replacing PeopleSoft HCM.  This resource would provide project business analysis support for HR systems integrations, data conversion, and benefits administration.  Additional duties may include support for compensation, learning, talent (recruiting and performance) and/or core HR functions.

Duties:

The role of the Senior Business Analyst will:

  • Review and resolve data conversion and integration issues to document root cause(s) and successfully populate accurate data into Workday.
  • Provide technical support in the maintenance or enhancements of systems.
  • Provide tier-two user support.
  • Serve as a liaison between assigned business units and the technical team to provide technical support.

Requirements:

  • Four years’ experience implementing and/or administering HRIS.  Direct experience in large-scale data conversions.
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Excel, SQL, and/or data analysis tools.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing complex HRIS integrations.
  • Strong data analysis skills.
  • Extensive experience managing and optimizing large-scale Workday environments.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to present and document high quality, detailed deliverables.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Direct experience administering Workday Benefits with multiple integration partners.
  • Direct experience supporting large scale HR system integrations. 
  • Experience administering PeopleSoft HCM.
  • Experience supporting technology in the public sector.
