Pay rate: $64.51 per hour.
Temp (6 months+).
Location: 47 Trinity Ave SW, Atlanta, GA 30334.

Job description:
- A Senior Salesforce Technology Specialist is a highly technical and strategic role focused on managing and optimizing the Salesforce platform.
- The candidate will be responsible in developing customization, automation, and user experience enhancements, while also collaborating with stakeholders to define requirements and ensure smooth system operations. The candidate is responsible for the end-to-end implementation and administration of Salesforce, including user management, security, and integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administering and maintaining the Salesforce platform, including internal/external user management, data management, and system security.
- Customizing Salesforce to meet specific business needs, including creating custom objects, fields, validation rules, approval processes and flows.
- Developing automated processes to streamline functionality flow and enhance efficiency.
- Facilitating integration between Salesforce and other systems and potentially contributing to development efforts using APEX/Visualforce/Platform vents/LWC.
- Providing technical support, troubleshooting, and end-user training.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to define business requirements and design strategic improvements in Salesforce.
- Keeping up to date on the latest Salesforce releases and best practices.
- Creating and maintaining documentation for Salesforce processes and changes and assisting with change management.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Extensive experience designing Salesforce applications, preferably for Government clients.
- Experience in Salesforce CRM with Government Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience cloud meeting security, compliance and efficiency.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture, integrations and best practices
- Proven ability to meet cybersecurity and non-functional requirements.
- Strong problem solving and communication skills.
- References from similar projects in the last projects.
- Salesforce certifications preferred.
