Pay rate:$101.81/hr

Temp ( 6 months+)

Job location: CHP Dental Center 515 W. 6th St. Jacksonville, FL  32206.

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:30pm (2-3 days per week).

Computer Software: EagleSoft, Electronic Oral Health Record and HMS (Health Management System).

Dress Code: Medical Scrubs.

Candidate Responsibilities:

• Providing a full range of general dental services including comprehensive dental exams, preventive services, restorations, removable complete and partial dentures and extractions within the scope of a general dentist.

Experience/Skills Required:

• 5 years experience providing a full range of general dental services including comprehensive dental exams, preventive services, restorations, removable complete and partial dentures and extractions within the scope of a general dentist. 

Educational Requirement:

• DDS or DMD Degree
• Active Florida Dental License
• Current/Active DEA
• Current CPR Certification
