Hours: 8 hours daily/5 days weekly

Job Summary:

Supervises, guides, and/or instructs the work assignments of subordinate staff. Assists in planning, scheduling of team resources, status reporting and completion of required documentation for team assignment and projects. Analyzes and develops work or project plans for team assignments. Analyzes and implements solutions to problems associated with assignments. Responsible for project leadership: Coordinates the integrated systems integrity, provides the coordination, communication and project structure between users of Information Services and third-party software vendors or programmers, provides systems and installation support and user training. Develops and controls the project schedules and assigns responsibilities where appropriate. Participates in all aspects of software development, systems design and analysis and project planning and management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or related specialty from an accredited college or university
  • Ten years of job specific experience that includes system analysis, design and development, and relationship management.

Additional Requirements:

  • Software Development.
  • Understanding software development principles and methodologies is essential. Should be demonstrably able to work across multiple platforms.
  • Programming Languages.
  • Proficiency in various programming languages is required for informed decision-making. 

Cloud Technologies:

  • Experience with cloud providers like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is necessary. 

Databases:

  • Knowledge of database design and data modeling is crucial. 
  • DevOps and CI/CD:
  • Understanding DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is important for modern application development. 

Security Principles:

  • A strong understanding of security principles is vital for designing secure applications. 

Architectural Styles and Patterns:

  • Familiarity with architectural styles (e.g., microservices, monolithic, client-server) and design patterns is crucial. 

Test Automation Tools:

  • Expertise in test automation tools ensures quality.

Soft Skills:

  • Communication: Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders is vital.
