Job Description:

Join our team as a Case Manager at Nite Lines USA, where you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive case management services. This position will be based in Fulton County and offers a pay rate of $33.50 per hour for a 90-day assignment. As a Case Manager, you will primarily work with adolescents, adults, children, and older adults in need of supportive services.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct legal staffing and testify in court proceedings

- Document all case-related contacts accurately and timely

- Conduct monthly in-person visits with foster children and engage with foster parents

- Maintain monthly contact with parents and service providers

- Collaborate with caregivers to expedite family permanency goals

- Implement crisis intervention strategies and safety plans

- Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to support clients

- Provide mentoring and guidance to individuals facing challenges

- Perform supervisory duties as needed

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field required

- Experience in workforce development, social services, or related fields preferred

- Proficiency in Medicare regulations and Section 8 housing programs

- Strong crisis management skills and experience in addiction counseling

- Familiarity with child welfare systems and practices

- Ability to conduct motivational interviewing sessions effectively

- Prior experience in supervising staff or managing cases is a plus
