Job Description:

Join our team as a Case Manager at Nite Lines USA, where you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive case management services. This position will be based in Richmond/Columbia Counties and offers a pay rate of $33.50 per hour for a 90-day assignment. As a Case Manager, you will primarily work with adolescents, adults, children, and older adults in need of supportive services.

Preferred candidates who live in the areas of Richmond or Columbia. You will also make foster care visits in Rockdale.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct legal staffing and testify in court proceedings

- Document all case-related contacts accurately and timely

- Conduct monthly in-person visits with foster children and engage with foster parents

- Maintain monthly contact with parents and service providers

- Collaborate with caregivers to expedite family permanency goals

- Implement crisis intervention strategies and safety plans

- Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to support clients

- Provide mentoring and guidance to individuals facing challenges

- Perform supervisory duties as needed

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field required

- Experience in workforce development, social services, or related fields preferred

- Proficiency in Medicare regulations and Section 8 housing programs

- Strong crisis management skills and experience in addiction counseling

- Familiarity with child welfare systems and practices

- Ability to conduct motivational interviewing sessions effectively

- Prior experience in supervising staff or managing cases is a plus
