**  Answering multi-line phones

**  Experience working in a professional business enviornment

**  Experience working with external clients

**  Experience with alpha filing system

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE NEEDED:

**  Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office system

**  Proficient using Excel

**  Excellent Communication Skills, both verbal and written
