IBML SCANNER OPERATOR

POSITION DUTIES:

Under direct supervision, the IBML Scanner Operator will perform various duties of document

processing, scanning and support activities for the unit.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process documents using scanning/imaging equipment.

• Maintains working knowledge of the imaging processes through various processing

systems.

• Performs routine preventative and mid-level maintenance on a scanner.

• Documents equipment downtimes and notifies appropriate personnel in a timely

manner of breakdowns or maintenance service requests.

• Meet or exceed minimum production standards.

• Ability to lift 25 lbs. and stand at workstation for an eight-hour shift.

MINIMUM ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School diploma or GED with the ability to perform basic computer related

duties.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior imaging experience with an IBML ImageTrac Scanner

• Prior Department of Revenue experience

• Prior experience in a production environment

check and a criminal background investigation before final approval to begin work. Additional background

processes may be in place for some positions, such as law enforcement. In addition, the highest level of education

indicated on the State of Georgia Application for Employment will be verified.
