Pay: $62.00 per hour.

Location: Coalinga, CA

Responsibilities:

• Restores or maintains patients' current level of independence and physical functionality.

• Alleviates pain and prevents disability or disease impact by planning and administering medically prescribed interventions.

Qualifications:

• California Physical Therapist license; current CPR/BLS; PT evaluation and individualized treatment planning; therapeutic interventions addressing mobility, balance, strength, coordination, and activities of daily living; clinical documentation and interdisciplinary coordination; and infection control, safety, privacy/HIPAA, and therapeutic-boundary competencies. 

• The position also calls for site-specific proficiency with ultrasound, lumbar/cervical traction, interferential current/TENS, walker/crutch repair, and Hydrocollator maintenance.
