FL-DOH-Pensacola-CHENP-Maintenance Mechanic (811975)

Pay rate: $19.50 per hour

Assignment ( 6 months+)

Job location: 1295 W. Fairfield Drive, Pensacola, FL  32501

Hours: Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm

Work Environment:  Indoor office and outdoor duties

Equipment Used:  normal hand tools, Windows 11, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Edge

Dress Code:  Jeans or khaki-type trousers, closed-toed shoes

CANDIDATE RESPONSIBILITIES:

*  Building maintenance repairs

*  Plumbing Maintenance/Repairs

*  HVAC Maintenance/Repairs

*  Electrical Maintenance/Repair

*  Renovations

*  Furniture relocations

*  Equipment Maintenance/Repair

*  Vehicle Maintenance

*  Outside Grounds Maintenance

SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

*  Experience in general building maintenance

*  Experience in outside building maintenance

*  Ability to use a computer, experience using Microsoft

*  Must have a Valid Driver's License
