NEEDED: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN / LPN)

LOCATION: 741-925 Access Road A-25, Herlong, CA 96113

SCHEDULE: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM 4-5 days, 40 hours per week

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have graduated from an accredited Vocational Nursing school or program.
• Shall maintain current licensure as a Vocational Nurse in the State of California or Nevada.
• Must have one (1) year, or more, of experience as an LVN/LPN)

JOB DUTIES:

• Provide direct patient care services in accordance with legal, ethical, and institutional standards through the evaluation of patients and therapeutic treatment as ordered by Health Services clinical staff
• Perform nursing duties within the scope of the current licensure
• Administer medications as prescribed i.e., by mouth, intradermally, subcutaneously, or intramuscularly
• Assist with distribution of medications at pill line
• Monitor and evaluate the response to therapy
