We are currently seeking Boiler Operator for VA Nashville, TN.

Pay: $57 per hour (1099).

Place of performance: VA Medical Center 1310 24th Avenue South, Nashville, TN 37212

Schedule: 40 hours per week.

Description of duties:

• Cleaver Brook high pressure boilers; Maintenance, repair, safety device testing, log pressures watching and maintaining pressure alarms and gauges. 
• Deaerator tank: Prevents corrosion by having chemicals in water to treat.
• Hot well tanks/pumps: Requires regular maintenance.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience operating commercia boiler systems.
• State or facility Boiler Operator license/certification.
